Founded in 1943, Highlanding Cabins, is a peaceful oasis nestled in the heart of The North Maine Woods forest along the Fish River. In May of 2026, the new owners are updating and making plans to build the lodge to offer space for individuals to relax, recharge, and reconnect with nature. Bear hunting over bait,

 We also over upland bird hunting with dogs.
